THE AIM & CO. started with a simple idea: a really good cup of matcha can turn an ordinary day into a brighter one. We whisk every drink to order and top it with house-made puddings, cold foams and cookie crumbles — playful flavors built on a proper matcha base.

We're a small, handcrafted business. You'll find us at pop-ups around town, at community events, and serving preorders for pickup. Alongside matcha, we sometimes bake cookies, muffins, empanadas and seasonal treats — follow along on Instagram to catch them.
