Terms & ordering policy
Preorders
Orders placed on this website are preorders for pickup. You can order up to 7 days in advance. Pickup times are limited by how many items we can prepare in each 30-minute window, so popular times may fill up.
Payment — cash only
We do not collect any payment online. Payment is due in cash at pickup. Please bring the total shown on your confirmation.
Pickup
Please arrive during your selected pickup window and give us your name or order number. Drinks are made fresh and taste best right away. If you're running late, message us on Instagram (@the.aim.co).
Changes, cancellations & no-shows
If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Because we prepare preorders specifically for you and hold capacity that could go to other customers, repeated no-shows may mean we ask you to order in person in the future.
Food allergies
Our drinks and baked goods are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including milk, wheat, eggs, soy and tree nuts/peanuts. Toppings such as cookies and puddings may contain allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. If you have a food allergy, please tell us in your order notes and ask us before ordering.
Availability
Menu items can sell out. If something in your preorder becomes unavailable, we'll reach out to offer a substitution.
