What we collect
When you place a preorder we collect your first and last name, mobile phone number, and — only if you choose to provide them — your email address and order notes. Catering requests also include your event details. We only collect what we need to prepare and hand over your order or respond to your request.
How we use it
We use your information to identify your order at pickup and to contact you about your order or catering request. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages from this website.
Payments
This website never collects payment or card information. All payment is cash at pickup.
Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising or third-party trackers. To understand how people find us, our own server counts page visits anonymously: the page, the referring website or campaign link, device type, browser and your device time zone. We use no cookies for this and never store your IP address; visits can’t be linked across days or to you, and this data is deleted after about 13 months. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives page navigation. Staff accounts use a secure sign-in cookie.
Retention & requests
Order records are kept for our business records. To ask about or delete your information, contact us or on Instagram (@the.aim.co).
